Micro ATX MBs have onboard graphics and the better ones offer one optional PCIE slot. Generally (and I say generally) Micro boards are available with the best chipsets, but inferior voltage regulators would prevent options like two video cards in SLI or 8 GB of RAM, etc. like you see the better companies like ASUS, Gigabyte, etc. offer on their 'Premium' ATX boards. Generally, Micro boards are not manufactured with the 'enthusiast' or overcloking in mind. BIOS options are often limited (and sometimes extremely so) with Micro boards too for obvious reasons. Keep an eye on ASUS, I have a nice 945G Micro that runs like it older 945P big brother 8). Not so sure about the big players offering SLI setup on anything but a premium MB anytime soon..

There was one MicroATX SLI board for socket 939 by EVGA and it was a decent board. The only mATX boards that support crossfire are 945G/G965/G33 based and then only at the x16/x4 speeds of their P-series relatives. If I remember correctly there was a GigaByte 690G board that had an open back x4 slot that you could put a graphics card in.
