Hello... I need some serious help! Never dont this before and time is running agaist me...

In a nutshell I need some advice in what benchmarking program to use and what settings to use... as well as how long to use it for to benchmark a friend's pc before she moves overseas.

The pc is NOT overclock... it is actually a laptop and we are trying to strees/test her hardware as much as possible since she just bought it and her warranty is not valid where she will be going to.

Please advise?

Oh, and by the way... am I in the right direction here? I mean... does benchmarking strees test a hardware to find out any issues? I do understand that nowdays with electronics is all a matter of luck too... as well as how good the things are built... and not to mention that things tend to wear down in time and only time will tell... but will benchmarking a new system help too?

These are the benchmarking software that I am able to get my hands on;

Thank you all for the input.

That should be good enough, stressing it won't prevent any parts from breaking while she is overseas, it will just make sure something is not already defective.
