I don't have the chipset necessary for running AMD Overdrive on my Assus M2N-SLI Deluxe motherboard and the BIOS (Phoenix Biostar I think) doesn't have any overclocking options, other than to load Overlocking profiles. I didn't receive the overclocking software that was supposed to come with the board. I've done a lot of searches about this and can't seem to locate a good overclocking utility program to push my AMD6400 a bit or figure out how to construct OC profiles to load in the BIOS. NTune sucks for CPU overclocking as far as I can tell. Any advice is appreciated.

Get the latest bios update for your mboard. Software overclocking isn't recommended. And you'll be lucky to squeeze a few mhz out of your cpu, they're already as high as they can go

the best answer to that will be a thing called Basic Input Output System. check that out.
