I'm going crazy trying to pick out a mobo for the E8400 wolfdale I just purchased. I wanted to pick one up before stock ran out... Anyway, I've been reading these message boards for 3 days trying to figure out which motherboard to buy. It seems Asus and Gigabyte are the way to go so far. I was wondering if anyone could give me recommendations off of my needs. Here they are.

No need for SLI or Crossfire
I'd like 1066 DD2 memory
I would like to OC memory and CPU
I am ordering a EVGA 8800GT Superclocked 512mb vid card
Thermaltake 500w Purepower PS
4-6 sata ports are plenty
eSata is not necessary
I'd like to keep it under 150ish, lower the better for my needs.

Also, what memory would you recommend to do all this as well. Overclockable, stable memory (cheaper the better)

I'm not looking for the highest end gaming pc out there. I just want to run the latest games as best as they can run. My widescreen monitor will diplay 1680x1050. Feel free to make any suggestions. I think I am mostly getting lost on all the different models of mobo's. Such as DS3L, DS4, etc, etc...

Both the ASUS P5K and the Gigabyte P35 DS3L would also be good and less expensive. The advantage of the ASUS is 3 PCI slots. The Crucial Ballistix is also good RAM

Just an update. I went with the Gigabyte P35 DS3L and Kingston hyper-X 1066 memory as it was cheap and on Gigabytes qualified vendor list. I've had kingston before and never had any trouble with it. Thanks for the input.
