I have Vista 64 and I just ran a Prime95 test, with just 1 thread. My CPU history looks just like yours, the thread workload is being shared by both cores. So in essence you're not really stressing your system at all. |

Yes, the heavier the load on the CPU, the more the voltage will drop. 0.03V drop is tiny -- congrats on a nice budget OC!
