Check the battery(it holds your settings) The mem multi, is that for 1066?(looks like you would get 960) if it is you may need to increase the chipset voltage. The P35 chip was never designed to run 1066. Try lower and see if it sticks. If it does not boot right it may load fail safe and take your settings away.
