Not to bad.

My system (Q6600 @ 3.6Ghz, GTS 640 overclocked) is just past the 13200 range.

Actual game play is more important than synthetic benchmarks, though. As long as you are happy with your gaming experience that is all that matters.

If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce today would cost $100, get a million miles to the gallon, and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.

Your scores seem kinda low. My system (Q6600 @ 3.6ghz, DDR2 800mhz CL3, 8800GT stock) hit 13000 last night. Strange, drivers or OS perhaps?

EDIT: I should've read better. I though you have a GTS(G92) at 640. I released after posting you have the 640mb GTS... No coffee yet today so it ain't my fault :P

@JDocs
It's not really that low (I meant kad).
He doesn't have a quadcore so that's around 1000 marks lower on the CPU test.

You get what on the CPU test? ~5300? kad gets ~4000.

I get 12500 from a Q6600 (3.0GHz) and a 9600GT (720/1800/1008).
CPU test : ~4700

He's running an E8500 vs. your Q6600...he will obviously score lower on the CPU tests.

Guys and girls(if such things exist on a forum) I was talking about outlw6669 who does have a quad at the same speed as mine.

Oh, ok...then in that case, its your 8800GT vs his 8800GTS 640. The newer G92 performs much better.

I get about what outlw6669 does...anywhere in the range of 13,000-13,500. Q6600 @3.425 and a 8800 GTS 640, as well.

My fault, I just assumed you posted @ the OP, not the previous post.

Looks about right compared to mine,

E8400 OC'ed to 4.2
DDR 2 @ 940 MHz with 5-4-5-15 timings
8800GTS 512 OC'ed to 795/2000/1050 (I think)
3DMark06 score 15,500

Absolutely right
It's just general evaluation of system performance
I was just curious to know whether system performance is acceptable or it should score more

I know, i test my system with 3dmark too and well actually it even helped me once, i was testing how much i can OC my 8800GTX and when i set the clocks a bit high, my rig froze in 3D MARK, its a usefull app to test the CPU/GPU OC too

also your scores are fine :)

@kad
I figured you'd be a bit closer to 4000 at 3.8GHz on an E8x00.
Looks like the E7x00 is just about the same as the E8x00 with 3D Mark 06.

E7300(10x multiplier) cheap over summer 4.0GHz dual core FTW! :)
