I just put together my system and I noticed my CPU speed is only 2000mhz, I think the multiplier should allow me more options than 6X and 8X, I cant put anything else in. Is there something I am not setting right in the BIOS

Please help

8x is max. When system is at idle it runs at 2000MHz, and peaks out at 2666MHz(unless you overclock). Try running something and you'll see it jump up to 2666MHz.
