More Information

I wanted to crush my past doubts about the overclocking pursuits and BIG BIG benchmark numbers that miraculously show up ....

So, I let the 2.8e GHZ pentium (ya know that "little antique" p4) climb on auto with my mobos "core center"
got to 3012mhz, 215FSB
the only benchmark I have is folding at home. Couldn't wait to see what it shaved off for time.

Ya know what? the only thing that changed was the heat. my temp went up 2-3F

the timer inbetween each "unit" was exactly the same. Not even a second different.

Back to trusting the 2.8e sold as one.

another 75000 hours to go.. I hope it makes it.
