Does anyone know what i can overclock my e8500 to with a Zalman CNPS9500 to with a safe temp? Also what is a nice cpu cooler?

Those top 10 coolers are all very good. They can potentially allow your E8500 to OC past 4.2GHz, assuming that the mobo can. When stress testing, don't let it go above 70C core temps. You can't go wrong with staying under 65C.
