Intel E6850 3.0 GHZ processor
Gigabyte P35-DS4 Rev 2.1 board
Kingston HyperX DDR2-1200 memory 4 gigs

When I over clock my processor, the computer will not wake up from sleep mode (keeps cycling as if its trying to turn back on, but after a sec of trying, turns off, and this continues until I force it to power off and turn it back on).

What can I do to rectify this? Besides that one issue, the computer appears to be working fine over clocked (runs stable, doesn't over heat, ect ect).

The computer resumes from sleepmode fine if its not over clocked.

How long did you run Prime95 or Orthos small FFT and blend test? To make sure your system is 99.9999% stable, you should run small FFT and blend test for 24hours each. I'm assuming the ram isn't very stable (less than 12hours blend test stable).
