As the title implies i'm looking for the perfect cooler, one that's quiet when nothing's hapening but get get the job done when OC (that all depends if intel have a sort of cool N quiet conterpart os something of the sort), I also heard some Mobos have a downclocking feature when it's idle... thing is I use my comp desk for just about everything so I need something very close to silence when i'm not using the comp, what are my options in that department?

Posible choices so far are:
Zalman 9500/9700
T R U E
W-Cooling

other than the Zalman I can't find listings for the other two

TRUE = Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme. This cooler is meant for some serious OCing, not really meant for silent use, but nonetheless it can be used.

I'd recommend the Arctic Freezer 7 Pro for moderate Ocing. It is a good cooler with low noise level
