I have 2 different programs for GPU temps. Are there 2 different sensors or is one of them not reporting the temp correctly?

i think they use the same sensor, but their Temperature Compensation of sensor are different, so they give the different temps report.

I believe the 31C is reporting the ambient temps around the GPU cooler and the 39C is reporting the gpu core temp. Download Rivatuner and find out.
