X38 chipset not showing ???

I just got a dfi lt X38 mobo and did install all the driver for the mobo... The thing is when I checked the device manager the only thing that is showing are the following:

IDE ATA/ATAPI contoller:

Intel(R) ICH9 2 ports Serial ATA Storage Controller 2 - 2926
Intel(R) ICH9 4 ports Serial ATA Storage Controller 1- 2920
Primary IDE Channel
Secondary IDE Channel
Secondary IDE Channel
Standard IDE/ESDI Hard Disk Controller

That is what is exactly is showing... How come I don't see the X38 chipset driver being installed... Can anybody explain me what is going on? Thanks!!!
