More Information

hi all,

Just bought 2 new seagate 80gig sata drives for my P4P800-E, planning to make it raid 0 configuration and putting my fresh windows installation here. There is intel controller for sata and promise raid now dont know where to install the disks. And my other concern is i have an extra drive of seagate 80gig pata/ultra dma drive that has my current files. I wanted it to be an extra drive for data. What configurations and step by step procedure will i do in bios etc. for proper installation and for it to be read as a slave drive and not loose the data. Kinda new in sata installation. Hope some one could help. :wahoo:
