You can get the Zerotherm Nirvana at newegg for $38 with mir. It can beat or match the best air-cooling, the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme which costs around $60. This effectively makes the Nirvana one of the best air-cooling solution for the money.

The downside? It's a bit noisy, while you can outfit a silent fan on the Thermalright.
