Well , today I just install Vista for my new hardware that I installed a week ago. Well , everything went well and runs well , but there is a problem with downloading speed. Before installing Vista , I had XP. All download speeds were fine from most servers (always above 150KB/s). Now , when I have Vista , it barely reaches 30KB/s for ALL servers.

I tried a torrent, and the download is at max for my network. (4Mbps).
Any ideas?

Ahh... Well today everything seems to be fine. Downloading at high speed.
Probably many people were using the internet yesterday (DSL).
