Looking for a recommendation to replace our Benchmark DLT1 drive. Trying to decide between VXA, DAT, and AIT. Is there a resource that compares each of these technologies, or can someone enlighten me on these? This is one area that I have NOT kept up to speed on.

Thanks!

How much data do you backup for a full backup (GB)? And what's the budget for the replacement tape drive? And do you need a long backup horizon (i.e. ability to go back to last night's backup? Last week's? Last month's? Last year's?) Do you need to make permanent archives that will sit on the shelf forever?
