Im looking at at replacing my old gaming rig with a dual core, i was recomened on another thread to get a e2160 and oc to 3.2 rather than buy the e6750 to save some money. I am now looking at the q6600 g0 step but its still a bit to pricey for me.

Will the GA-P35C-DS3R be able to oc the e2160 well and be able to run the q6600 6 months down the line followed by ocing it?

I chose this mobo as seen some good reviews and at £60 its quite cheap, i will be getting ocz ram and x1950 xt graphics.

Cheers for the advice in advance

Jst a note I would prefer to stay with gigabyte boards as i used them loads before, is there much difference between GA-P35-DS3r and GA-P35-DS4 apart from the heatsinks and the extra £40?

Heatsinks, extra cash, maybe an extra feature or two.

I'm using the P35-DS3L. Very good board.
