More Information

Hi All,
heres the problem, about 2 month ago the gigabit on board lan card fried in my termianl services box, so i went and got a replacement fitted and configured to the same as the one board one, next problem for some reason was the licencing which i finally got solved and got all 150 licences back (instead of the temp ones you get) however for some reason now the external connections to the box stop working and the only way to get it to work again is to restart the terminal services box.

this is kind of a pain because on site i have about 20 thin clients that rely on this machine, (everytime i restart the box it kills there connection and the shop floor workers are starting to want my blood) but if i dont the people external cant get on till i reset

was hoping someone may have seen this issue before (the line is a static bt net line that goes through a sonicwall) however everythign else that the sonicwall redirects works fine so figure it has to be some sort of timeout on the TS box, although it is completley random and can happen between 6 times a day to once a week

Thanks in advance guys
