My wife has a Gateway Laptop running Vista Home Premium (64 bit). The computer didn't come with Snip IT tool. I've read an artical about it may need to be activate it with the Turn Windows features on or off under Tablet PC Optional Components. The feature was turn on

Is there another place to activate or download the tool?
