My work place has recently upgraded to office 2010 so i'm quite unfamiliar with the layout.
Currently my followups are appearing in the bottom right hand corner underneither appointments and the calender in outlook 2010. This is fine, i like this setup but if i click on a follow up item, it won't appear in the reading pane and i have to double click to open and read it. It's more of an inconvenience than anything.
Any one able to help?
