Boxes in Word in a questionnaire

Forum Applications : Office Boxes in Word in a questionnaire

Word :    Username :

Hi everyone,

This is a web agency project planner (it's a Word document). You can see that after each question there's a little gray box for the answer.

I would like to know how to do exactly the same boxes, can anybody tell me ?

Go to insert, select the box tool, click and drag to create a box of desired size. Once done a new menu will have appeared called drawing tools, click on this and select shape fill and select the colour you need. To reproduce, just copy and paste the original box.
