More Information

Now working with Vista Ultimate, Intel QuadCore with virtualization , VPN/VLAN Router, separate drive intended for virtual server/PC. I see no literature on how to leverage these items for the single purpose of virualization. Guidance sought.

Download Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron x64.
Install it.
Download the VMware server, its free and easy to install.

 

You can install your vista in another HDD if you wanna play games. But by personal experience, if your hoping into virtualization for work reasons, better stick with Linux. Really. Just recomendo that one, because so far, its pretty decent and there is loads of software available to it.
