For overclocking, is there really any major difference to these mobos other than having wifi on one of them?

I dont need wifi and i would rather save the $20-30 and just get the deluxe if its just as capable of overclocking.

Just wondering what anyones thoughts are... I guess im thinking about sticking with Asus since ive had them for years, but not sure if this mobo is the best one to get for overclocking a e6600 or e6750 CPU... still stuck on the fence like everyone else on here for which one i need to get for what im doing. Im not a heavy gamer anymore cause all the games i want to play are on the xbox 360 or ps3 compared to the PC anymore.

The only Difference is the USB header(used for the Wifi) and a Fan Connection.
