Belkin announces draft 11n line with 300 Mbps wireless router

Belkin has announced a new wireless networking line that promises up to 300 megabits per second throughput. The new N1 routers and wireless cards are based on the 802.11n draft specification and have 150 Mbps and 300 Mbps modes when paired up with other Belkin N1 equipment. WPA2-Personal and 64/128-bit WEP encryption are support. The router also has a built-in firewall. Read more

More Information

I have a Linksys wireless card for my pc and I lost the wand that screws into the network card. It can not see my home wireless network in the next room over, Most likely due to no wand screwed into the card.

Linksys WMP54G

Is there anythis I can do besdies buying another wand for the card to get the signal boosted?

I though about using a peice of wire or tin foil. hehe.

the "wand" is an antenna. There are specific specifications with regards to length etc. Get a new "wand".
