More Information

Hi,

I have an issue that has been haunting me for over a month, and only effects one machine in the office.

An employee here, he can't use RDP from any machine internally on the LAN to his desktop, at all.

I can ping his IP fine, I can telnet to 3389 on his machine fine, I checked all his services, all the RDP and Terminal services are running, but no matter what, I instantly get a failed connection trying to RDP to his laptop.

Error:
"The connection was ended because of a network error. Please try connecting to the remote computer again.".

I never would bring this to a forum unless I thought I needed some help. Also, the firewall is off, if anyone is wondering, the group policy disables it, and it's checked off to accept remote connections and nothing in his AD account is blocking it, no flags of any sort.

*Running Windows XP SP2 (with the same updates as every other computer on the LAN, same everything applied, right down to the Anti-Virus builds).

Any suggestions?
