ok so i have a wireless system set up with a dlink di-524 router and a long time ago one of my friends put a dwl g510 airplus pci card in there so i can have wireless internet on my moms desktop

i just formatted the computer and now the internet is not working and when i installed the drivers (The ones i found from the internet) it says card not found, the light in the back is not flashing

i cant understand why but then i opened my manual and it said that im supose to install the drivers first THEN the card but i still dont know what to do

i am not in contact with any tech related friend and i have no clue how to open up the pc, i even unscrewed the screws on the back but the side board isn't coming off and i have no clue what to do from here

i was wondering if one of you could help me out
