Why there is always a exclamation mark on my nvidia graphic card in device manager.
This mark will gone when i reinstall the driver.
But after i reboot, this mark reappear and i have to reinstall the driver again
before i can play any game.
I am also using the latest driver that i just downloaded from nvidia.

Weird huh? any advice?

Try uninstalling the driver then reboot. When Windows comes back up, do not let it install a driver. It will default to standard VGA or something. Reboot again. Then reinstall Nvidia driver.
