I am looking for a way to boost my Wireless signal for my laptop at home. Madison WI offers a wireless network for down town but I dont seem to get a signal even though I am a stone throw away from the Capital :P. So I am looking into ways to boost my Wireless signal easy and cheaply. If anyone has any ideas on what to buy or what to do to boost my signal I would be most grateful!

Thanks for your time

Try the Wi-Fire. It's a high performance USB network adapter. I use mine to connect to my town's public Wi-Fi. I can connect to several access points that I couldn't even see with my internal card.

It was easy to install and is easy to use. Check it out at www.hfield.com
