I'm ordering a Inspiron 1520 today but not sure which wireless card I should get?

The only difference is this which the Dell Wireless N has.
Draft 802.11n: up to 270 Mbps
Draft 802.11n: typically 300ft

Should I spend £10 extra for it or get the Intel Pro Wireless 3945. As I hear Dell's aren't that good, any truth in that?
