There does not seem to be a Vista driver for that piece of hardware.

there is' no driver for this cam,for windows vista,this cam came out in 1998 and was for windows me and up to xp,will not work on any other os,above xp home,pro.Intel® Deluxe PC Camera Intel® PC Camera - Model /CS330

This camera may have came out in 1998 but it give better video than nearly all the under $75 ones today. It will run in Win 7 32 bit with PnP. I too am looking for a driver that will work with Win 7 x64.
