Here is the error message that I get on both of my Virtual Servers. Both Servers are Windows Server 2000 (one is Service Pack 2, one is Service Pack 4). The Virtual Machines are on different Physical Machines, yet they are both producing the exact same error message. Both will shut down almost exactly every 5 hours.

Here is the event log:

On both Virtual Machines, the errors are IDENTICAL (except the Time)

Ran Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D, but both came up clean.

If y'all need any more information let me know! Thanks!

Look up the error (status code 128 windows 2000 server) on Google. You'll find plenty of hits and suggestions.
