Is it possible to install a server on usb hard disk. the purpose is to make server mobile so i can carry the server and access it whereever i go.

If you're going to carry the server, why do you need a USB Hard Drive?

No, it's not possible. Even if it could be done the install would only work on identical hardware. Put it on a laptop.
