Ive been searching around and come across this

# Choice of EZ Cool H550 OR Gigabyte GZ-X6 & Other Cases
# AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition 3.2GHz Quad Core CPU
# Asus M2N68-AM Plus Motherboard
# Choice of ATI HD 4650 1GB OR nVidia 9500GT 1GB PCI Express Graphics Card
# 4GB Crucial PC6400 800MHz DDR2 Ram
# 500GB 7200rpm SATA II Hard Drive
# 22x Dual Layer DVD +/- Rewriter
# Integrated 5.1 Channel Audio
# Onboard 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet - Broadband Ready
# Standard 500W PSU
# 2 Years Return To Base Warranty
# Also known as AMD PC / Phenom PC / Quad Core

It costs £459 is there anything that would stop me playing new games like; Singularity / ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead.

If the Tower I suggested wouldnt be able to run these games at high specs, what would you suggest upgrading?

Thanks

Scott

Try asking in the right section:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/forum-13.html

Also give them a link to the supplier, that way people can check components for you.

OK sorry, just assumed this was the right place as people have asked here before. Thanks audiovoodoo for pointing me in the right direction.

Not a problem :) People do answer down here but your more likely to find the people in the know in the relevant section. A lot of the Yanks don't even know this bit exists :)

I only really read up on HW every 2 or 3 years myself when I'm spending my own cash. As always check what people tell you, there are a lot of arm chair experts along with some truly knowledgeable folks on Toms.

He's less likely to have to deal with a sunburnt tax dodger like yourself. Besides those kids in moms basement need the new friends to talk to...

In days of old we'd have got Freddie to change it... :(

BTW... Nice that it abbreviates so easily...
