Hello,
both computers windows 98,one already on internet,how do i access the internet using the same modem.

This Microsoft article tells you how, assuming you are using Win98se and can run a network cable between them.

You know, it might be that simple. When I read 'modem' I thought 56K data modem, and not a DSL or cable modem.
