Hello, can you set up multiple users on windows 98?

Register or log in to remove.

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Users

It should be self-explanatory from there. Just add a username and password, log-out and log-in with the new account.

Also, remember that Win98 is not a multiuser OS, so this is just for the convenience of separate locations for documents,and it will not stop one user from accessing or deleting another's documents.
