will the products, 54lbs., 11 items total for CPU build, arrive undamaged? It would be such a hassle and costly to ship it back to FL from CA. What has been your experience with TigerDirect in such case?

There is a risk in shipping anything, but there is also a nice experience not rushing to the store and being limited to only a few products.

I personally love shopping online, best selection and usually an even better price than going to the never convient local store.

Plus, a couple days goes by and it is like Christmas, i love it when I forget about an order I placed.

As for returns, TigerDirect is top notch and if it is defective we will work out the best solution to get your product expedited. Returns go to IL, so it isn't as far as FL.

How come TigerDirect doesn't have the popular Sapphire HD 7970 GPU? They only have 2 options for HD 7970s.
