Hello,
I'm trying to help my church repair the 11 bay dvd burner that they use to make copies of every sunday service to be given to parishoners who cannot make it to that service. It is a stand alone system that has multiple bays where a master can be loaded into bay 1 and you can make up to 11 copies simultaneously. the problem is that for some reason all but one of the recorders won't open when you push the eject button on the drive. I have removed each of the drives and powered them up wth another system with the same result. the drives are Sony DW-Q120A. I find it unusual that all of the drives would demonstrate this same issue simultaneously. Could this have been caused by a power spike? Is there a work around, or should the drives be replaced?
