More Information

Hello,

I've recently bought the US robotics MaxG Range Extender in order to expand the coverage of my wi-fi network. The ADSL modem/wireless router i use is a Thomson Speedtouch 706wl (WDS supported).
I did as told in the manual, got the range extender configured on the settings of my router, the configuration utility says it is ok.
There is a spot in my house where the signal is low. I can connect myself to the network from this place, the internet works well.
When I turn on the range extender at this place, the signal becomes excellent, but suddenly i have limited connectivity/no ip. When i disconnect the range booster i can connect again (with low level signal).

Does anybody have an idea about what the problem is?
Thx
