Thanks all guys contribute their helpful instruction. I have just FINISHED my first new build which works under win7 WITHOUT computer case. I am using it to reg. and post on TOM'S now.

are you saying that you are running the computer without putting it inside of a computer case?

the metal case protects the internal components from static charging/discharging so is vital if you value your hardware.

if what you meant is that you built your own computer without resorting to buying a major brand pre-made computer and you just got lost in the translating.... good job welcome to the club.
