Hi everybody this is my first time building a gaming pc and I want to do it right so if you can please give me some suggestions on changing some criteria or adding some hardware let me know

First off my budget is around 1200 dollars, I wont need a monitor, mouse, keyboard or audio(but if you do have any suggestions for good value audio let me know... might upgrade)

First off

Mobo: Asrock z68 extreme 4 socket 1155

Processor: will probably be intel i5 2500k( if i have money leftover might go for intel i7-2600k)
(I am 99% sure the motherboard and cpu are compatible but if someone can double check I would appreciate it)

Graphics card: currently no idea lots of suggestions would be appreciated something mid range, good value

SSD: OCZ Agility 3 AGT3-25SAT3-120G 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) I think this is a pretty good choice any other suggestions

PSU: No idea really some suggestions here... thxs

Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 1600 speed

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda ST3160316AS 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive is this a good one let me know please, as well is this hdd it didn't say on website

Case: Corsair Special Edition White Graphite Series 600T Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, or................. NZXT Phantom PHAN-002OR Newegg Exclusive Black Finish w/Orange Trim Steel / Plastic Enthusiast ATX Full Tower, thought these were good let me know if you have other opinions

Alright that's my whole potential setup thanks to anyone who is still reading this I know it was quite long please give me some feedback everywhere if possible, and have a nice day

- just pick one that is compatible. check to see if its triple or double channel and compare with memory you buy.

-i'd say go with an i7 if its in the buget. you can get one for rather cheap.

-what i usually do is take one step down from the top but if you are on a budget you might want to take two. i have always liked evga, they have a trade-up program too. i've also always bought nvidia as i dont like ati software.

SSD: OCZ Agility 3 AGT3-25SAT3-120G 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) I think this is a pretty good choice any other suggestions
-dont go too price crazy on an ssd if you are limiting your other parts when doing it. you could get away with a 60-80gb for a boot and a normal hard drive for storage. up to you though.

-i've had some good OCZ top-end psus in the past. my current corsair 1000w does great too. on a light budget sparkle or fsp group works. do a power calculation but a 600 should be more than adequate as my rig only draws about 500 maxed out. check power connections needed against your hardware.

Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 1600 speed
-check dual/triple channel and number of sticks with motherboard. i've always liked ocz ram and mushkin.

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda ST3160316AS 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive is this a good one let me know please, as well is this hdd it didn't say on website
-see above comment on hd. why 160gb? you can get a 1tb drive for about $100. WD black does okay just not the 1.5TB model.

-you want a case with 120mm fan slots if you can get one.
