All is good... the only item I would change is the total RAM from 4 to 8GB and make it a 2x4 kit with Aluminum heat spreaders... the mobo supports up to 32GB and unless you're planing to use 32 bit Windows XP, 8GB would be recommended over 4GB. RAM is very inexpensive nowadays and there are even some great offers out there... for instance the following. Check the limited offer Ends 12/10/2011

Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B Vengeance Desktop Memory Kit - 8GB (2x 4GB), PC3-12800, DDR3-1600MHz Offer ends 12/09/2011. Check note and comments in the lower links for using 1600mhz RAM in a 1333MHz System.

Kingston KHX1333C9D3B1K2/8G Desktop Memory Kit - 8GB (2x 4GB), PC3-10600, DDR3-1333MHz. Offer ends 12/10/2011

You can use 1600MHz RAM.. it would just slow down to 1333 and if necessary with a slight voltage adjustment in the BIOS making sure it doesn't exceed 1.65v. It doesn't take much tweaking or just install it and do nothing, the mobo will detect it as 1333mhz
