I just got this new card from a friend, GEFORCE 6800 GT
He had no problems with it (I can confirm that..I played it on his system)
I installed it on my system. It runs fine but when I am playing videos or playing a game, it seems to drop a "frame or two" every 3-4 seconds..I don't usually see it during game play but it is noticeable on video where it is annoying..it just seems to hesitate for a second. I also notice it on MAME where I am playing Street Fighter 2. I know its the card because the game ran ultra smooth (no hiccups) when I only had onboard video. I have an Athlon XP 2800+..

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
