Hello,
bought a MP3 player at a liquidation sale her locally. First one wouldn't charge went and exchanged for another, this one is not coming up on our computer at all. The computer isn't even bringing up the drive for the USB. It did on the other one, but then the battery died and it never would come back. We have searched all the drivers for it and updated it and still nothing. I dont even know what brand it is but it has the exact numbers and letters as busworley did in 2010. We dont know what to do can you help us?
