Hello, i am looking for sites that sells computers and accept international debit card on internet shopping.. i live in usa but i want use international card which is issued in mongolia and used out of country.

If it is a VISA, MASTER debit card, I am pretty sure you can use them on any online site, regardless of which financial institution and where the card issued. The card simply belongs to the VISA or MASTER card group and it is internationally recognised. The currency is also automatically converted when you make a purchase so you don't have to worry about having the right currency.
