Hello,

I would like to contact someone in " Micro Center Management" that is available to resolve serious employee abuse issues at the Duluth store in Georgia. A new manager has taken hold at that store and takes great pleasure in berating people who don't agree with his methods of management. I have bought many, many items at this store in the past, but I will take my business elsewhere as long as this Dietrich person is left to his own devices. I have seen many things as a customer in my 50 yrs, but I have never seen a man almost attack his own employees on the floor in front for all to see. This man is lucky the subordinate was too stunned to know his legal rights as a human. I was tempted to call 911. Please take note! The environment inside the Duluth store is not just hostile for employees but customers, too. Next time I witness these kinds of things, I will contact law enforcement instead of trying to find a link to upper-management. Thank you.

Refer this matter along with facts and data to the corporate office in Ohio. I am sure that they will deal with the situation in a fair manner.

I shop at the MicroCenter in my area and have nothing but the highest praise for the staff there.
