To any mod :hello:

I used to visit Tomshardware.com, get some shiny badges due to getting various 'best answers' (Yay go me!)

However now when I try and go to Tomshardware.com my browser redirects me to Tomshardware.co.uk, would it be possible for a mod to move my best answers/badges over to my .co.uk profile?

I'd very much appreciate it.

Sadness, but no. We'd like to unify the mirrors at some point, but it may be a way off.

@omgitzfatal - you could edit your Hosts file to force the route through to the .com site. It seems all UK members' Profiles are more up to date there.

@Joe - would it not be an easier and more clinical job simply to close the .co.uk site so all English speaking posters end up posting in one place

Given that we've wanted that for years and it hasn't yet happened, I imagine there's more involved than simply putting a redirect in place. Bureaucracy perhaps :P

I'll loose some badges/best answers either way, but I have alot more on the .com site so would prefer to stay at .com.
