Hello,
You have taken the time to refund my money but all the errors made by your program still exist and I cannot seem to get them back. One is Quick Books 2003 and because it is outdated. so to speak, Intuit cannot help me and I cannot afford the price of a new program and cannot afford the fact that I have lost a years worth of accounting for a business.

You'll probably want to contact Performersoft directly about this. Tom's Hardware can't help you here, I'm afraid.

Agreed that we can't organise a refund, Joe but we might be able to help with data recovery if Joy Sowman can give us a few more details.
