Forum Site Feedback : Future Article Ideas A new Graphics/GPUs guide...

Hey,
I made a post in the Graphics forum but didn't realize it should be here, so here it is (i suppose the other one should be removed by a moderator, sorry!) :
__________________________________________________________________________________________

I have been trying recently to better understand GPUs (core clock, shader clock, ROPs, stream processors, etc..), I have searched a lot but couldn't really find one complete article explaining all (and most important : up-to-date), most are old or just telling which card to buy, one really useful article was this [Graphics beginners' guide] :
www.tomshardware.com/reviews/graphics-beginners,1288.html
but this was written back in 2006, you will find things like "upcoming DirectX 10 :D " and some other old stuff (like PCI cards).

So, I was asking for a new Graphics/GPUs guide that is detailed, containg all the new technologies, (updating the old article won't be enough i suppose) as i couldn't find any new one, correct me if i am wrong, especially that any new beginner can just go to this article, learn what he needs instead of going to the forums where you will find the same question (like : what are the stream processors ?) asked more than 10 times in many different dates, where some are very old and some aren't useful for a learner.

So, I would really like to see a new Graphics guide, I can't find anyway else to learn about graphics and GPUs...

Thanks.
